More Eger....

Today we woke up early for breakfast. Then we went on a walking tour, we went to town hall to meet the mayor of Eger. Instead we met the vice mayor but learned some cool facts about the city. This is a picture of town hall. It is way coller in person but I must admit this picture makes it look nice anyhow.

This is the meeting room where we met the vice mayor. Again beautiful.

More polo tonight. Keep on keepin' on.

Thumbs up.

Eger Polo

The girls out in front of the pool in Eger.

Picture of where ZF Hungária Kft. plays. Such an amazing building and pool. This is where the First Division team plays and they just won their championship or something not sure of the details.

This is the pool we're playing at. It's filled with natural spring water and has a rock/pebble bottom. Smells slightly of sulfer but the water feels great. Such a cool historic feel.

Santa Margarita __ Point A

Successful week in Rancho Santa Margarita. Lots of sun and a ton of sun screen but we finally got there. Introducing the 2011 USA Cadet National Team!!

Four days in the sun.
6am - breakfast
7am - arrive at pool
7:30-11am - practice
11am-1:30pm - lunch and meetings
2-5pm - practice
5:30pm - dinner
7-9pm - video session/chalk talk

It was a long week of great polo and at times amazing polo. Incredible group of 58 girls at the camp. They were fun, energetic, excited to play and ready to compete. In the end we could only take 10 (3 more would be moved to the Cadet team from the Youth team) to give us our final roster of 13.

Next stop for these girls, training Aug 1-3, UANA Youth Championships Aug 4-13 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Point B. No straight lines connecting here.

Thumbs up from Santa Margarita, CA.
